The resort fee was introduced in accordance with Federal Law No. 214-FZ dated 07/29/2017 «On conducting an experiment on the development of resort infrastructure», as well as the Law of St. Petersburg No. 419-81 dated 06/29/2023 «On the introduction of a resort fee on the territory of St. Petersburg» and applies to all individuals who have reached the age of majority living in accommodation facilities for more than 24 hours, with the exception of persons exempt from payment of fees.

Standard family room
Standard family room is equipped with everything you need for holiday for two or for a family of three guests. There is one queen-size bed in one room and a roll-away sofa in another room. By agreement of the hotel it is possible to accommodate a child on the sofa. The room is equipped with LED TV, desk and a tea set.
