The resort fee was introduced in accordance with Federal Law No. 214-FZ dated 07/29/2017 «On conducting an experiment on the development of resort infrastructure», as well as the Law of St. Petersburg No. 419-81 dated 06/29/2023 «On the introduction of a resort fee on the territory of St. Petersburg» and applies to all individuals who have reached the age of majority living in accommodation facilities for more than 24 hours, with the exception of persons exempt from payment of fees.
The resort fee is paid at the time of check-in.
